The Loudoun Elite, Loudoun Soccer Club Girls U9 Select Soccer Team, would like to invite you to participate in sponsoring our team for the 2003 season.  This is the girls first season on a select team and they are very excited!  Loudoun Elite will be participating in the Old Dominion Soccer League (ODSL).  The team will play in the Washington Metropolitan Area and several East coast tournaments.

 

We have several different levels of sponsorship, which are described on the attached form.  All sponsors will receive the benefits described in Level I, which includes: Sponsor appreciation plaque with team photo; logo or business name on “Team Sponsor” page; sponsorship recognition in local Loudoun County newspapers at the end of the season. In return for your sponsorship, Elite players and their extended families will promise to patronize your business as much as we can.

 

Sponsorship funds are very important.  Sponsor donations assist the team with purchases such as uniforms, equipment and tournament fees.  Without the generous support from businesses like you the team would not be able to participate in such a quality soccer program.  Loudoun Elite, a member of the Loudoun Soccer Club, is a tax-exempt 501c non-profit organization. All contributions to Loudoun Elite are tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes. Our tax id number is 54-1076172.

Sponsorship Options I - VII:

 

            I.                             Internet Team Sponsor ($300):

a.                                                  Sponsor appreciation plaque with team photo.

b.                                                 Logo or business name on “Team Sponsor” page.

c.                                                  An ad will be run in the local Loudoun papers at the end of the season thanking all sponsors.

d.                                                 In return for your sponsorship, Elite players and their extended families will promise to patronize your business as much as we can.

         II.                             Water Bottle Team Sponsor ($400):

a.                                                  Same as Internet Team Sponsor (Option I) plus:

b.                                                 Drink sponsor, your company’s name will be printed on the ˝ gallon water jug/bottles, which is made available to every Elite player and used at every game. One year plan.

       III.                             Internet – Link Team Sponsor ($500):

a.                                                  Same as Internet Team Sponsor (Option I) plus:

b.                                                 A Web link to your sponsors business will be added to our Sponsor Web page for additional advertising.

c.                                                  A team warm-up / practice t-shirt will display sponsor logo and name.

       IV.                             Team Banner Sponsor ($600):

a.                                                  Same as Internet-Link Team Sponsor (Option III) plus:

b.                                                 A banner with team name and sponsors name.

          V.                             Team Tent Sponsor ($1000):

a.                                                  Same as Internet-Link Team Sponsor (Option III) plus:

b.                                                 Team will purchase a team tent and display company name & logo. 

       VI.                             Team bag sponsor($1000):

a.                                                  Same as Internet-Link Team Sponsor (Option III) plus:
